Roles

Customer = Data Controller Astrohub Pty Ltd (operating HyperWheel) = Data Processor

Processing

HyperWheel processes personal data only as necessary to provide the Service, in accordance with the customer's instructions and the Terms of Service.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

Subprocessors

HyperWheel may use subprocessors including infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and email delivery services. A current list is available at Subprocessors. We will notify customers before adding new subprocessors that handle personal data.

Data Subject Requests

HyperWheel will assist customers in responding to lawful data subject requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Breach Notification

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach.

Data Deletion

Upon termination of service, customer data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
