1. Introduction

Welcome to HyperWheel, a digital signage management platform operated by Astrohub Pty Ltd ("Astrohub", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the HyperWheel platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively the Service). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding agreements. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to: • provide accurate information • keep login credentials secure • update account information if it changes You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Free Trial

HyperWheel may offer a 15-day free trial. During the trial you may use the Service without payment. At the end of the trial period the Service may become unavailable unless you upgrade to a paid plan. HyperWheel may modify or terminate trial offers at any time.

5. Subscription and Billing

HyperWheel operates as a monthly subscription service. • subscriptions are billed monthly in advance • subscriptions renew automatically • you may cancel anytime from the account dashboard Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

HyperWheel offers a 15-day free trial to evaluate the Service. Once a paid subscription begins: • payments are non-refundable • partial billing periods are not refunded Nothing in this policy limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Service Plans and Storage

Plans may include limits such as: • number of screens • storage capacity • available features Example storage allocations: Bronze — 10 GB Silver — 50 GB Gold — 200 GB Additional storage may be available for purchase. HyperWheel reserves the right to enforce reasonable usage limits.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload or display content that: • violates laws or regulations • infringes intellectual property • contains malware • contains explicit adult material • promotes hate speech or discrimination • engages in fraud or phishing HyperWheel may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

9. Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of content uploaded to the Service. By uploading content you grant HyperWheel a licence to: • host • process • distribute • display that content solely for operating the Service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to upload such content.

10. Hardware and Screen Responsibility

HyperWheel provides software only. Customers are responsible for: • display screens • digital signage hardware • network connectivity • screen configuration • installation and maintenance HyperWheel is not responsible for failures caused by hardware or connectivity issues.

11. Service Availability

HyperWheel aims to provide reliable service but interruptions may occur due to: • system maintenance • infrastructure failures • third-party outages • internet disruptions • force majeure events Service availability targets are described in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
